Occupational Hazard Film is a feature documentary that traces the origins and evolution of Jimmy Buffett’s original Coral Reefer Band during the 1970s and early 1980s. Through rare archival footage and deeply personal interviews, the film captures the camaraderie, chaos, and creative spark that helped shape Buffett’s most iconic early sound and the laid-back spirit of Key West that influenced a generation of music. Told through first-hand stories from founding band members, tour managers, and producers, Occupational Hazard is a heartfelt tribute to the musicians whose talent, chemistry, and untold contributions helped build a legendary legacy.
